Through the experience that Mr. Mokgotho acquired from Mpshe Tsatsi Attorneys, he decided that it would be prudent if he opened his own law firm and thus ML MOKGOTHO ATTORNEYS INC. was born in MAY 2019.
Mr. Mokgotho is currently the managing director of the law firm and heading all the litigation departments, estate planning, commercial and family law as well as the Mining and Environmental Law Department.
Mr. Mokgotho has a good relationship with correspondent attorneys in all Provinces and operating in association with KJ Mogofe Attorneys in Burgersfort under Mr. Kgake Johannes Mogofe who is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Dr. Madigoe of MA Madigoe Attorneys is currently assisting our firm with litigation in the Praktiseer Magistrate Court.
We also operate in collaboration with Moshibudi Malete Attorneys as well as Mothiba Setwaba Attorneys, both situated in Polokwane.
We only collaborate with competent hands.
